We have given this Scandinavian classic a fresh and modern flavour by lightly smoking our salmon before seasoning.  Our bespoke Gravadlax blend includes brown sugar, dill, red pepper and cracked black pepper to lift this product to another level.


We also offer a smooth and creamy honey, mustard and dill sauce sachet (optional) as a perfect accompaniment to our Gravadlax.


In Sweden tradition is to serve this on rye bread or with boiled potatoes but you can use your imagination and try something new and exciting.  Gravadlax with your Eggs Benedict for breakfast, added to a healthy superfood salad for lunch or add to a Quiche with new potatoes for a light supper?
